Transforming the Lives of women recovering from addiction
The Phoenix Project for Frannie provides comprehensive support services, including women-focused group counseling, case management, and connections to essential community resources.
today, a dream became a doorway.
The Phoenix Project has officially opened its very first transitional living home, Frannie's Phoenix House.
What many people will see is a house. What we see is hope. We see second chances. We see women walking through a door where healing is possible, where recovery is supported, where community replaces isolation, and where lives can be rebuilt one day at a time.
Frannie's Phoenix House stands as a reminder that recovery is more than abstinence—it is belonging, purpose, connection, and having a safe place to land while learning how to soar again.
To everyone who poured their time, energy, prayers, resources, and heart into making this vision a reality, thank you. This house is built on more than walls and a foundation; it is built on love, service, and the belief that people deserve the opportunity to heal.
Today we celebrate not just the opening of a home, but the beginning of countless new chapters.
“The ladies at The Phoenix Project for Frannie have been so helpful to me during my sobriety journey and are part of the reason why I am still sober 2 years later. Melissa, Pam, and Frannie have been instrumental in all aspects of my life. Guiding me into housing and financial stability. Without them, this would have been extremely hard to accomplish. I am so excited to be a part of The Phoenix Project for Frannie to this day!”

"The Phoenix Project for Frannie gave me a foundation based on love acceptance sisterhood. They guided me through my worst times and my best times. Whatever I need, I know they’ll be there!”
- Amy B.

"The Phoenix Project for Frannie was one of the first places where I truly felt a sense of belonging, support, and empowerment in my recovery journey. Now, more than 5 years later, having the opportunity to connect the women I work with to this incredible program is nothing short of a blessing.”
