frannie's Phoenix house
transitional living program
Frannie’s Phoenix House is a safe, structured, and compassionate transitional living program created by The Phoenix Project for Frannie to help women in recovery rebuild their lives with dignity, stability, and hope.
Designed specifically for women transitioning out of treatment and into independent living, Frannie’s Phoenix House provides more than just housing—it provides a bridge to long-term recovery. Our one-year program offers a supportive sober living environment where women can heal, grow, and develop the practical life skills needed to create a stable future.
Residents receive individualized support focused on:
- Financial literacy and budgeting
- Employment readiness and career planning
- Healthy relationship and communication skills
- Accountability and personal responsibility
- Recovery support and relapse prevention
- Goal setting and independent living preparation
- Rebuilding relationships with children and family
- Connection to community resources and peer support
Our phased rent structure is designed to encourage stability and independence while easing the financial burden during early recovery. As residents grow stronger and more self-sufficient, they gradually assume greater financial responsibility in preparation for living independently.
Frannie’s Phoenix House operates on the belief that recovery is about more than abstinence—it is about rebuilding a life worth living. Every resident is treated with respect, compassion, and the understanding that healing takes time, support, and community.
Through structure, mentorship, accountability, and encouragement, Frannie’s Phoenix House helps women rise from the ashes of addiction and move forward with confidence, purpose, and hope.
